Is it ready to use today?
Not yet. We're building it now and launching in December 2026. Early access members lock in the launch price and get to tell us what their group needs first. If we don't launch by December 31, 2026, you get a full refund automatically.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. They open a link on their phone, fill in the form, and sign with their finger. One parent can sign for all their kids at once.
Can we use our own form wording?
Yes. Paste in the wording your church or denomination already uses. We don't write legal language, so keep the wording your leadership has approved.
What about parents who prefer paper?
You can print a copy of the form for anyone who needs it and mark them as signed on your list.
Can other leaders see the list?
Yes. You'll be able to invite the other leaders on your trip so everyone has the medical notes and emergency contacts on their own phone.
