AllSigned is in early access. This page explains what we collect on this website today. We'll publish a fuller policy before the product launches.
What we collect
Payments. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and plan, but never your full card number.
Your answers. If you fill in the form after checkout, we receive what you type, such as your church name, role and upcoming event.
Ad measurement. This site uses the Meta pixel to understand which ads lead to visits and purchases. Meta may use cookies to do this. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
We don't collect any information about children on this website.
How we use it
To process your early access purchase, send you receipts and launch updates, issue refunds, and decide what to build first. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services that run this website, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions, and sends your receipts.
- Formspree receives the answers you type in the form after checkout and passes them to us.
- Meta receives ad measurement data through the Meta pixel, such as page visits and completed purchases.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards emails sent to our address.
These providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. This applies to this early access website only. When AllSigned launches, the waiver and medical information collected through the product will be stored in Canada.
How we keep it secure
This website only loads over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. Access to the accounts that hold your information is limited to the AllSigned founder. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Refunds and deletion
Cancel, switch plans or update your card anytime at Manage your subscription. Email us to request a refund under our early access promise, or to ask us to delete your information.
